code of behaviour
All members, visitors and employees are bound by the spirit of sporting etiquette that the wonderful game of golf creates.
Everyone should, where possible, follow the guidelines for dress, on and off the course. Everyone should either take their litter home or make use of the many litter bins provided around the course and the clubhouse. Please do not drop litter anywhere on the course – we are proud of our beautiful course and want to keep it that way. Please do not start to play in advance of the first tee time of the day. The course is closed until the first tee time and players are not covered by the Club insurance until it is open.
Please use the boxes specifically provided for broken tee pegs – do not leave them lying on the tee.
Please replace divots and repair pitch marks.
Everyone should follow the instructions of the professionals and green keeping staff as directed.
Everyone should respect the rights dignity and worth of every person and help create an environment where all golfers have an equal opportunity to participate.
The club deplores all forms of bullying, harassment and inappropriate behaviour to all members and its employees.
The club will undertake to investigate any such allegation promptly and take appropriate action based on the findings of that investigation.
The actions, which may be taken could include suspension or termination of membership, depending on the conclusion of the investigatory process.
